Exceptions may be considered only where required by applicable law or where Tota Maina determines, at its sole discretion, that a billing error has occurred.

11. Chargeback Policy

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated after registration, account setup, profile review, questionnaire review, administrative processing, or any service-related activity has begun, Tota Maina reserves the right to:

• Contest the chargeback using service records, communications, acceptance of Terms and Conditions, and proof of service delivery.

• Recover fees, costs, or expenses incurred as a result of the dispute where permitted by law.
   

Submission of a chargeback does not automatically entitle a member to a refund.
