Due to the nature of our matchmaking and relationship introduction services, once a registration, membership, profile review, consultation, questionnaire assessment, matchmaking review, administrative review, or related service has been purchased, no refunds, partial refunds, credits, or exchanges will be provided.
 

Payment does not guarantee a match, introduction, communication, relationship, engagement, marriage, or any specific outcome.

Exceptions may be considered only where required by applicable law or where Tota Maina determines that a billing error has occurred.
